REGISTRATION OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS (MALACCA) REGULATIONS 2003

Regulation 8. Endorsement on certificate of registration or issue of new certificate of registration.

(1) When the Registrar has approved an application to change the address of the premise or to do any alteration to the premise of a religious school, the Chairman or any other person responsible for the management of the religious school shall deliver to the Registrar the certificate of registration of the religious school for the purpose of—

(a) endorsement on the certificate the new address of the premise of the religious school or the alteration that had been made to the religious school; or

(b) to issue a new certificate of registration to him, as the Registrar thinks fit or necessary.

(2) No alteration, amendment or entry shall be made to any certificate of registration except with the permission of the Registrar.
