SYARIAH COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE (FEES) RULES 2003
Rule 2. Court fees.
(1) The fees fixed in the Schedule to these Rules shall be paid for all transactions prescribed therein.
(2) No fees shall be chargeable in respect of any case conducted by Officers of Legal Aid or its panel of solicitors.
