Rule 10. Duties of the President

(1) The President shall cause to be maintained-

(a) an account book showing the receipts of zakat and fitrah and payments therefrom;

(b) an estimate of income of zakat and fitrah for the following year.

(2) The President shall table before the Council an annual statement of expenditure and income of the zakat and fitrah, which statement shall be publicised in all mosques.
