Regulation 5. Termination of appointment and resignation
(1) The appointment of members of the Committee under paragraph 4(1)(d) may at any time be terminated by the Majlis without assigning any reason therefor.
(2) A member of the Committee appointed under paragraph 4 (1)( d) may at any time resign by tendering a notice to the Chairman of the Committee.
