(1) The Committee shall serve its decision within a period of seven days after the making of the decision on the applicant and all Syariah Courts in the State of Pahang.
(2) The Committee shall inform the applicant as to the objection and provide him with the particulars of the objection.
(3) The applicant may appeal to the Committee within a period of one month after the service of the decision.
(4) The Sijil Peguam Syarie as in Form B prescribed in the Schedule shall be issued by the Committee to the applicant after the applicant, within a period of fourteen days from the date he receives the decision of the Committee, has submitted or cause to be submitted to the Committee-
(a) the name under which he intends to practise or the name of the firm;
(b) his postal address;
(c) the registration fee of one hundred ringgit; and
(d) for the purpose of paragraph 9(a)(iii), a certificate from the Pahang Islamic Religious Department confirming that the applicant is a person who has served as a Kadi for a period of not less than seven years and is qualified to be admitted as a Peguam Syarie.
(5) An Annual Practising Certificate as in Form C prescribed in the Schedule shall be issued by the Committee to the applicant after having paid a fee of fifty ringgit.
