PART II - ESTABLISHMENT OF PEGUAM SYARIE COMMITTEE
Regulation 6. Meetings of the Committee
(1) The Chairman shall preside at any meeting of the Committee and if the Chairman is absent the members present may elect one of them to preside at the meeting.
(2) Three members persent shall form the quorum of a meeting.
(3) The decision of the meeting of the Committee shall be made by syura.
(4) Subject to these Regulations and any direction of the Majlis the Committee may prescribe its own procedure.
