(1) Any application or admission of a person as a Peguam Syarie may be objected by the Pahang Islamic Religious Department or by any person through the Department or by the Pahang Bar Committee.
(2) Any objection referred to in subregulation (1) shall be submitted in writing to the Chairman of the Committee accompanied by the grounds for the objection.
