Regulation 22. The Committtee may restore a Peguam Syarie
(1) The Committee may, if it thinks fair and reasonable, at any time restore to the Register the name of a Peguam Syarie which has been removed from or struck off the Register.
(2) An application for the name of a Peguam Syarie be restored to the Register shall be supported by an affidavit.
