Rule 5. Termination of appointment and resignation

(1) The appointment of members of the Committee under rule 4 (1) (d) may at any time be terminated by the Majlis without assigning any reason therefor.

(2) A member of the Committee appointed under rule 4 (1) (d) may at any time resign by tendering a notice to the Chairman of the Committee.
