(1) The Committee shall serve its decision within a period of seven days after the making of the decision on the applicant and all Courts in the State of Pahang.
(2) The Sijil Peguam Syariah as in Form B prescribed in the Schedule to these Rules shall be issued by the Committee to the applicant after the applicant, within a period of fourteen days from the date he receives the decision of the Committee, has submitted or cause to be submitted to the Committee-
(a) the name under which he intends to practise or the name of the firm;
(b) his postal address; and
(c) the registration fee of one hundred ringgit.
(3) The admission of a Peguam Syariah shall be performed before the Court of the Kadi Besar.
