(1) Any person who desires to be admitted as a Peguam Syariah shall make an application by using Form A as prescribed in the Schedule to these Rules.
(2) Every application shall be addressed to the Chairman of the Committee by attaching copies of the necessary documents and shall be accompanied by an application fee of ten ringgit.
(3) The applicant shall cause to be posted a copy of his application at every Court in the State of Pahang for a period of one month after the delivery of his application to the Chairman of the Committee
