(1) Any person who desires to be admitted as a Peguam Syarie shall make an application by using Form A as prescribed in the Schedule.
(2) Every applicant shall cause to be posted a copy of his application on every Syariah Courts in the State of Pahang for a period of one months after the delivery of his application to be the Chairman of the Committee.
