In addition to the powers conferred by these Regulations, the Committee, on the hearing of any application or complaint made to it under these Regulations, shall have power to make such order as it thinks fair and reasonable, and any such order may in particular include provision for any of the following matters-
(a) striking off the Register the name of the Peguam Syarie to whom the application or complaint relates;
