Rule 21. Peguam Syariah may apply to have his name removed from the Register
(1) Any Peguam Syariah may, subject to this rule, apply to the Committee to have his name removed from the Register.
(2) Every such application shall be supported by an affidavit which shall be served on the Committee not less than two months before the application shall direct.
(3) The Committee may for good cause require the applicant to advertise his intention to make the application in such manner as the Committee shall direct.
