PART II - ESTABLISHMENT OF PEGUAM SYARIE COMMITTEE
Regulation 4. Membership of the Committee
(1) The Majlis shall appoint members of the Committee which shall consist of-
(a) a Chairman;
(b) the State Legal Adviser;
(c) the Chief Syarie Prosecutor;
(d) two other persons appointed by the Majlis; and
(e) the Secretary of the Majlis as the Secretary.
(2) The Members of the Committee appointed under paragraph 4(1)( d) shall hold office for a period of three years and are eligible for reappointment.
