ISLAMIC FAMILY LAW (FORMS AND FEES) RULES 1988
Rule 2. Forms in First Schedule
The forms as prescribed in the First Schedule to these Rules shall be used for the following purposes-
(i) Form 1 shall be used for application for permission to marry for male;
(ii) Form 2 shall be used for application for permission to marry for female;
(iii) Form 3 shall be used as permission to marry under section 17;
(iv) Form 4 shall be used as permission to marry under section 18;
(v) Form 5 shall be used as Marriage Certificate;
(vi) Form 6 shall be used as Marriage Card;
(vii) Form 7 shall be used for application for registration of marriage;
(viii) Form 8 shall be used as Certificate of Ruju'.
