PART V - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Regulation 25. Restriction
No person shall practise as a Peguam Syarie or do any act as a Peguam Syarie unless his name is in the Register and he has a Sijil Peguam Syarie and Annual Practising Certificate issued under these Regulations.
