Regulation 24. Validity and renewal of Annual Practising Certificate
(1) An Annual Practising Certificate shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of its issue.
(2) An Annual Practising Certificate may be renewed upon the Committee being satisfied that the applicant has paid the fee of fifty ringgit and has complied with the requirements of these Regulations.
(3) An application for the renewal of Annual Practising Certificate shall be made by using Form D as prescribed in the Schedule.
