PART II - ESTABLISHMENT OF PEGUAM SYARIAH COMMITTEE

Rule 4. Membership of the Committee

(1) The Majlis appoint members of the Committee which shall consist of-

)

a Chairman;

(b)

The State Legal Adviser; (c) Religious Prosecutor;

(d)

Two other persons appointed by: the Majlis; and

(e)

the Secretary of the Majlis as the Secretary.

(2) The members of the Committee appointed under rule 4 (1) (d) shall hold office for a period of three years and are eligible for reappointment.
