Regulation 19. Appeal against order of the Committee to the Majlis
An appeal against any order made by the Committee in respect of an application or complaint under these Regulations shall be made to the Majlis at the instance either of the applicant or the Peguam Syarie against whom the complaint is made and the decision of the Majlis shall be final.
