(1) Any complaint concerning the conduct of any Peguam Syarie in his professional capacity shall be made to the Committee.
(2) The Syariah Courts or the Chief Syarie Prosecutor may at any time refer to the Committee any information touching upon the conduct of a Peguam Syarie in his professional capacity.
