Rule 22. The Committee may restore a Peguam Syariah
(1) The Committee may, if thinks fair and reasonable, at any time restore to the Register the name of a Peguam Syariah which has been removed from or struck off the Register.
(2) An application for the name of a Peguam Syariah be restored to the Register shall be supported by an affidavit.
