PAHANG REGISTRATION OF RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS RULES 1985




Rule 14. Defunct school.

(1) If the Registrar has reason to believe that any registered school has ceased to exist, he may serve or cause to be served to the manager or any person responsible for the management of the school a notice calling him to furnish proof of its existence within thirty days from the date of service of such notice.

(2) If at the expiration of thirty days the Registrar is satisfied that the school has ceased to exist, he may thereupon strike it off the register.

(3) If in a case falling under paragraph (1) of this Rule the Registrar is unable to find any person on whom a notice under that paragraph may be served, he may strike the school off the register.
