Rule 6. Application.
(1) Any person or body may apply for the registration of any place as a religious school in accordance with the requirement of these Rules.
(2) An application for the registration of a religious school shall be made to the Registrar by any person or body who shall be responsible for the management thereof.
(3) Every application under paragraph (2) of this Rule shall be in such form as may be prescribed by the Registrar.
