PAHANG REGISTRATION OF RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS RULES 1985

Rule 10. Conditional approval.

The Registrar, in his discretion, may approve the registration of a religious school subject to specified conditions which may include-

(a)

that the proposed site is suitable or the building is safe and equipped with adequate facilities;

(b)

that the teachers are in possession of Tauliah granted by His Royal Highness the Sultan;

(c)

that the person responsible for the management of the school is a fit and proper person to manage the school; and

(d)

that the name of the school be changed to a name approved by the Registrar.
