Rule 11. Appeal.
(1) When an application is refused under Rule 9 or approved subject to condition under Rule 10, the Registrar shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the applicant a notice under his hand informing the refusal or the condition imposed.
(2) Any applicant aggrieved by the refusal or by the imposition of the condition precedent may within thirty days of the notice being served on him lodge an appeal in writing to His Royal Highness the Sultan.
(3) Appeal to His Royal Highness the Sultan shall be addressed to the Private Secretary.
