Rule 8. Registration.

(1) On receipt of an application for registration under Rule 6 (2) the Registrar shall cause an investigation to be carried out if he deems it necessary.

(2) Upon approval of such application the Registrar shall cause its registration and issue to the applicant a certificate of registration in Form B.
