Rule 7. Provisional Certificate of Registration.
(1) On receipt of an application for registration under Rule 6 the Registrar may, in his discretion, pending report on investigation under Rule 8 (1), if any, issue to the applicant a provisional certificate of registration in respect of such place.
(2) Provisional certificates of registration shall be issued in Form A and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed by the Registrar.
(3) The Registrar may at his discretion revoke the provisional certificate of registration at any time by notice in writing under his hand served on the person to whom the certificate was issued.
