Rule 5. Registrar.
The Registrar shall keep or cause to be kept a register in such form as may be prescribed by him, in which shall be recorded in respect of every school:
(a) the name and address of the school;
(b) such particulars concerning the management of the school;
(c) particulars in respect of the managers and teachers thereof;
(d) the number of students categorised under children, adults and sex;
(e) the subject taught;
(f) any change or alteration which may from time to time be affected; and
