SYARIAH COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE (SULH) RULES 2005
Rule 2.Application
These Rules shall not apply to an application for divorce under the Islamic Family Law Enactment 1987
[Enactment No. 3 of 1987],
and further proceedings in respect thereof shall be conducted in accordance with that Enactment.
