The provisions under the Administration of the Religion of Islam and the Malay Custom of Pahang 1982, the Rules and any lawful instruction made thereunder shall be complied with.

(b)

The teachers shall be in possession of Tauliah granted by His Royal Highness the Sultan of Pahang.
