PAHANG REGISTRATION OF RELIGIOUS SCHOOLS RULES 1985
Rule 9. Refusal of Registration.
The Registrar may reject an application for the registration of a religious school if he is satisfied:
(a)
that the proposed site or building is unsuitable by reasons of safety, health and inadequate;
(b)
that the applicant or the person responsible for the management of the school is not a fit and proper person to manage the school;
(c)
that the name under which the school is to be registered is undesirable in the public interest;
(d)
that the existing educational facilities are already adequate in the area in which it is proposed to open the school;
(e)
that the statement in the application form is false and misleading; or
(f)
other reasons as the Registrar may deem fit.
