Rule 13. Inspection of buildings.
When there is a complaint that any place, house or building has been used as a religious school and the Registrar is satisfied that such place, house or building is not registered as a religious school or its registration has been cancelled under the provisions of Rule 12 the Registrar, any public officer specially authorised by him in writing or the Religious Inspector may enter and search such place, house or building and take possession of any religious book, documents, seals and other devices which he believes belong to or used by the school.
