Rule 21. Power of MAINPP to issue order

MAINPP, upon receiving a report and recommendation of the Committee pursuant to Rule 20, shall make any of the following order as it considers fair and reasonable -

(a) Order that the name of the

concerned be struck off the Register of

Peguam Syarie

;

(b) Order that the

Peguam Syarie

concerned be suspended from practice for such period as the Committee considers fair and reasonable;

Peguam Syarie

concerned a warning ; or

(d) make such other order as the MAINPP considers fair and reasonable.
