PART III - PEGUAM SYARIE



Rule 14. Peguam Syarie Certificate

(1) Every person appointed as a Peguam Syarieshall have in his possession a Peguam SyarieCertificate which shall be issued to him by the MAINPP upon payment of a prescribed fee.

(2) Every Peguam SyarieCertificate shall be signed by the Yang di - Pertua Majlis and shall be in Form 2 as prescribed by Schedule 2.

(3) Subject to subrule 22(3) and 26(3), the fee for a Peguam Syarie Certificate is two hundred ringgit.
