IN the Islamic Family Law (State of Penang) Enactment 2004 [Enactment No. 5 of2004] published in the year 2005—

(a) in the national language text, substitute for the reference number “ENAKMENNo. 5 tahun 2004” the reference number “Enakmen 3”; and

(b) in the English language text, substitute for the reference number“ENACTMENT No. 5 of 2004” the reference number “Enactment 3”.
