Rule 22. Application to delete name from Register

(1) A Peguam Syariemay, subject to these Rules, apply to the Committee have his name deleted from the Register of Peguam Syarie.

(2) Every such application shall be made in writing an shall be submitted to the Chairmain of the Committee and shall be supported by an affidavit.

(3) The Committee may at its discretion require an applicant to advertise his application in such manner as it may direct.

(4) The application shall be considered by the Committee and the Committee shall thereafter submit its recommendation to the MAINPP.
