Rule 15. Declaration by High Court

(1) Every person appointed by the MAINPP as a Peguam Syarieshall, before he may practise as a Peguam Syarieapply for a declaration that his appointment as a Peguam Syarieshall be made by Judge of the Syariah High Court.

(2) Such declaration shall be made by a Judge in open Court.
