Rule 7. Permission to marry for marriage through Wali Hakim, etc.

Permission to marry for a marriage through wali hakim' for a janda under section 14(3), a person who is underage according to section 8 or a polygamous marriage under section 18 of the Enactment shall be in Form 5 of the First Schedule.
