Rule 19. Complaint against Peguam Syarie
(1) Any complaint as to the counduct of a
Peguam Syarie
in his professional capacity shall be made to the MAINPP.
(2) The complaint shall be made in writing and shall be submitted to the Chairmain of the
Peguam Syarie
Committee.
