PART III - PEGUAM SYARIE

Rule 16. Register of Peguam Syarie

(1) The Secretary of the Committee shall maintain a record of the all Peguam Syarie,which record shall be known as ''the Peguam Syarie''.

(2) The Register of Peguam Syarie shall cointain the following particulars-

(a) name of

Peguam Syarie

;

(b) identity card number ;

(d) name under which he proposes to carry out his practice or the name of the firm ;

(e) address for correspondence ;

(f) date appointed as a

Peguam Syarie

;

(g) dates of renewal of registration ;

(h) date of deletion from the register (if any);

(i) particulars regarding any disciplinary action (if any) taken against the

Peguam Syarie

;

(j) such other particulars as the MAINPP or the Committee may, from time to time, direct.
