PART II - ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PEGUAM SYARIE COMMITTE

Rule 6. Meetings of the Committee

(1) The Chairmain of the Committee shall preside over each meeting of the Committee and if the Chairmain is not present, the members who are present may elect any one from amongst themselves to preside over the meeting.

(2) Three members of the Committee shall form the quorum of any meeting of the Committee.

(3) All decisions of the meetings of the Committee shall be made unanimously or by the votes of the majority of the members present.

(4) In the event of an equality of votes, the Chairmain shall have a casting vote.

(5) Subject to the other provisions of these Rules and any directions from MAINPP, the Committee may regulate its own procedure.
