CORRIGENDUM

IN the Syariah Criminal Procedure (State of Penang) Enactment 2004 [Enactment No. 7 of 2004] published in the year 2005—

(a) in the national language text, substitute for the reference number “ENAKMEN No. 7 tahun 2004” the reference number “Enakmen 5”; and

(b) in the English language text, substitute for the reference number “ENACTMENT No. 7 of 2004” the reference number “Enactment 5”.
