Rule 2. Interpretation.

(1) In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires, all words and expressions used in these Rules shall have the same meanings as assigned thereto in the Enactment.

(2) The Forms as set out in the First Schedule to these Rules, with such variations as the circumstances in each case require but without prejudice to the generality of usage of the Forms in the Schedule to the Enactment, may be used for the respective purposes therein mentioned.

(3) A reference in these Rules to any prescribed form followed by an index letter shall be deemed to be a reference to the appropriate form as specified in the First Schedule to these Rules .
