Rule 5. Termination of appointment and resignation

(1) The appointment of a member of the Committee under paragraph 4(1)(e)may at any time be revoked by the MAINPP without giving any reasons thereto.

(2) A member of the Committee appointed under paragraph 4(1)(e)may, at any time resign his post by sending a notice to the MAINPP and such resignation shall be effective from the date MAINPP receives such written notice.

(3) MAINPP may appoint another person to fill the vacancy of a member of the Committee who ceases to hold office under subrule (1) and (2).

(4) A person appointed under subrule (3) shall hold office for the duration of the remainder of the term of office of the member of the Committee who ceases to hold such office.
