PART IV - INSTRUMENT OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

Rule 12. Membership of the Board.

(1) The Instrument of the Board shall provide that the membership of the Board shall consist of —

(a) a Chairman;

(b) a Deputy Chairman;

(d) an Assistant Secretary;

(e) a Treasurer;

(f) a Trustee of the school (if any); and

(g) not more than 10 ordinary members.

(2) The Instrument of the Board shall provide that the Headmaster or Principal shall be the Secretary of the Board.

(3) The Instrument of the Board shall provide that the Board shall, with the approval of the Registrar appoint two examiners.
