PART IV - INSTRUMENT OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

Rule 14. Tenure of position, etc.

The Instrument of the Board shall provide that —

(a) each member of the Board is to hold the position for a term not more than two years from the date of his appointment and he may be reappointed;

(b) a members of the Board may resign from his position at any time by submitting a written notice addressed to the Registrar through the Board. The resignation is deemed to be confirmed if approved by the Registrar; and

(c) the Board may propose to the Registrar another person to fill the vacant in the position of any members of the Board whose term of appointment has expired or who has resigned.
