MAJLIS AGAMA ISLAM NEGERI PULAU PINANG OFFICERS (CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE) REGULATIONS 2001

PART I - PRELIMINARY

Regulation 2. Application.

(1) These Regulations shall apply to an officer of the Majlis Agama Islam Negeri Pulau Pinang throughout the period of his service and, in respect of an officer who has not opted into the New Remuneration System, shall apply with such modifications as are necessary and proper having regard to his conditions of service.

(2) The breach by an officer of any provision of the code of conduct set out in these Regulations shall render him liable to disciplinary action.
