PART IV - INSTRUMENT OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

Rule 18. Management of property, premises, etc.

The Instrument of Management shall provide for the responsibility of the Board in managing the property and premises of an Islamic School including the management of the Islamic School Account.
