PART IV - INSTRUMENT OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT
Rule 16. Special Meeting of the Board.
(1) The Instrument of the Board shall provide that a Special Meeting of the Board of an Islamic School may be held at any time upon any important matter arising, and such meeting shall be held to discuss only such matter arising.
(2) The Instrument of the Board shall provide that notwithstanding subrule (1), a Special Meeting of the Board may be held upon a written request from one third of the members of the Board of an Islamic School to discuss an important matter.
(3) The Instrument of the Board shall provide that the Secretary shall call for a Special Meeting of the Board within seven days upon receipt of such request under subrule (2).
(4) The Instrument of the Board shall provide that subrule 15(1)(b) to (f) and (2) shall apply to a Special Meeting held under subrule 16(1).
